Useful protection?

So I received an email today from MINIs PR, promoting “protection” … somewhat amusing:

Apparently MINI have finally decided to offer their own extended warranty which looks quite comprehensive (even with an option to cover the factory stereo) – but you have to be in warranty to take it out (so sorry to all those ’05 and earlier owners), and there’s no indication of price. Also on the downside, it seems like the best you can do is three years past the original warranty.

I wonder if it’s worth looking at for GPMINI …

    Odd comments over at MF… even by the maestro. Some have suggested they thought the vid a bit painful to watch and full of bad acting… DUH, isn’t that the intent? I think it’s rather funny but then… I like eggs.
