UPCOMING: MTTS’08 visits GBMINI

Well, not really ;)
But the MTTS’08 Boston Rise & Shine rally does take you from the center of Boston (slowly!) up through Salem, Beverly, Manchester-by-the-sea and in to Gloucester (partly along the MINI meander route) to the famous Man At Wheel statue (see my other website for lots of Gloucester pictures):

After stopping at the statue, the route continues around the coastline through Rockport and back in to Gloucester - passing my street ;) - before returning to Boston (see the route here, or on the MTTS website).

I plan to join this drive, and do a few other MTTS’08 Boston events … but it’s not enough like MTTS’06 and too much like MINI United - not my personal preference (but hopefully I’ll meet lots of MINI friends!)

(NOTE for organizers: Gloucester is not a Township, it’s a City!)

    Ian, I am waiting in anticipation for MTTS to visit Savannah on their way to Boston. I have no clue how many are coming but I have the city on standby and we have the parking spaces allocated. Our local MINI club Coastal MINIS is excited and the weather looks like it will be good.

    I plan to go down for Friday evening, haven’t figured when or how long yet (going from north to south of Boston on a Friday early evening is madness!)
