MTTS’08 Signing Quack Quack Jack

After arriving back at MTTS’08 Boston, we took Quack Quack Jack to meet Rauno Aaltonen - such a nice man, and very happy to sign QQJ!

    So ian, what is the turn out like so far? Is QQJ heading west to Pasadena? Will I get the honor?

    Robert,
    I was amazed at how many cars showed up for the Saturday morning Rise and Shine rally (200+) but then shocked how few people were at the afternoon / evening events at U Mass. I’d guess less than 50 MINIs, and almost more staff than MINI folks!

    Guess that means 3/4 of the morning participants are still lost or stuck in traffic somewhere! ;-)

    Again Ian - Thanks for giving us such a better than found elsewhere sense of what these events are about. Some folks are just natural “documentarians”!

    Fuel costs, maybe? Sad for Fountains of Wayne and the MINI staff having such a small turn out. Maybe if they did some TV or YouTube promos they would have better turn outs?
