UPCOMING: Drive your MINI
Another reminder in case you missed my earlier UPCOMING post …
If you liked the look of last weeks MINI of Peabody track event, then you should be sure to check out two upcoming events in October:
First, On October 7th at Centennial Drive, MINI of Peabody is holding their annual OctoberFast event - you can read about it here on their website, or see this MINI2 thread - and see my coverage from 2005 here.
OctoberFast is a wonderful event where you get to meet lots of MINI owners, and have fun driving your MINI in a safe environment with no risk to yourself or your paintwork! And MINI of Peabody always make the event even more fun with great food, sales discounts, etc!
Then one week later on October 14th, at NHIS, Herb Chambers MINI of Boston is staging their Motorfest 2007 event - download this PDF for info, see their website, or see this MINI2 thread.
Skip Barber will be handling the driving part of this event, so it’s bound to be crazy if it’s anything like the driving during the R56 unveiling that Herb Chambers MINI staged back in the spring!
NOTE: on Saturday October 13th, also in New Hampshire, is Come To MAMA V … why not make a MINI weekend of it in New Hampshire!

October has so many great events. doubtful for the MoP event as still trying to get the big girl approved to show at the local Americana Car Show in Manhasset but have booked lodging to stay in NH on the 14th.
