UPCOMING: British Invasion 2007
We need to totally swamp this years British Invasion - the featured marque for 2007 is “Mini” and we need to show the MINI-hating organizers that our modern MINIs are just as much fun as the earlier Minis!
Check out my previous trips to British Invasion (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) and get yourself signed up to participate this year. Make sure to book somewhere to stay too - Stowe gets busy that weekend

This year’s Invasion will be the first for us. We are bringing the Classic Mini, not the new MINI though. I don’t think anybody will be interested in a box stock 2006 MC with a CVT. But, having said that, I really want to see lots of MINI’s with mods, models like the GP and wild JCW’s! I’m even thinking of trading in the 2006 MC as CVT and now the engine is an “orphan” and getting one of the new 2007 MINI Cooper models, in a stick shift, not slush box tranny. Would another red MC with white roof and UJ flag be too flashy? Hope the weather will be nice and look forward to seeing hundreds of Minis and MINIs for the Featured marque is MINI
