MTTS day 5 - Alberquerque to Amarillo

An early start today which I debated not doing but forced myself out of bed - and I am so very glad I did it! Sandia MINI with NMMINI organized a drive to the top of Sandia Crest, which gives incredible views over Alberquerque:

Even more incredible though was the drive up there! Pictures on GPMINI

Also amazing to watch was a “flock” of humming birds:

After leaving Sandia Crest, I headed “the short way” to Amarillo, entering Texas on the way (and losing another hour!)
