"Robert Pass owns a 1932 Packard Custom Dietrich Victoria, of which there are only four in the world. It has won awards at car shows, including first place at the National Classic Car Club of America competition in 2004. But that's not good enough to make the cut this year for the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance."
