MC2 – USA MINI Magazine coming …
So far there have been no MINI specific magazines targetted for the US market, even though there are now more than 120,000 MINIs here (and many are owned by fanatics!)
I have read GoMINI magazine since it was released in England, but with reviews of things you can’t get in USA, and pricing in pounds, it just reminds you that it is not targetted to this country.
But coming this fall, thanks to Barry Brazier and Gary Anderson, two experienced auto journalists who have written and produced
motoring photography and features for dozens of auto titles globally since the 1970s, we will have our own MINI magazine, MC2 (pronounced M C squared):
… the unusual name is the result of an “approvals process” with MINI USA!
You can download a PDF file of the proposed front cover, as well as a second document listing the planned contents.
I am told that by September the web site will be up, and ready to take subscription orders … I for one am standing by, hot credit card in hand

Awesome, yet another car magazine that I won’t have time to read.

Looks interesting. But given their emphasis on being, “Owned, produced, and published in America,” it’s odd that they choose to note that it will be, “printed in four colour throughout.” They may want to get an American spell checker.
