I have done several T shirt orders from him, that have been perfect. (I'm still trying to steer the MOT T shirt business to him- hint hint!). It means a lot to me that Ed was wearing Craig's button in his MOT summit picture this year, and the amount of time he takes to custom detail the Mini to the owner is only a small part of what he does.
