August 9, 2005:

Beading Zaino

I have been very happy with the results of Zaino on GBMINI (see this post where I first applied it) and today, after light overnight rain, I noticed that there is some beading (not as much as with a real wax product), but reasonable:

    Man…I’ve been so unmotivated this summer to keep the car nice and zaino’d. Maybe with my new suspension goodies on their way, I’ll actually clean up my dirty car!

    I’ve been pretty good about putting at least one coat of Z2 down each month….and am still very pleased w/ my finish. Only blemishes are two sap spots that I rubbed off w/ the claybar. They’re scratched a bit; I’ve been putting Meguiar’s X and Z5 on the area but it’s gonna take awhile to get the scratches out.
