Nice write-up, Ian. But you may want to change that to a giant octopus, not lobster It really was a fun day, and as I said in my write-up on MINI2, I was most impressed with Herb Chambers. Mark is taking this case personally, the way every SA should. I also appreciated the gesture of giving me a nice, engraved keychain even though I hadn’t bought my car there, nor ever had it serviced there. That was a nice touch. I’ll let you know when I have to head back there. It’ll be fun to go on another “tour.” “Aquarium, left.” “You can’t go left, there are barriers there!” “LEFT!!!”

Let’s see… $5 for parking at Alewife, and 2 T tokens at $1.25 each.

And, I think I could have made the drive down and back on one tank of gas. I chickened out and filled up on the way home, though, as there are stretches of the trip back where the nearest gas station is 20 miles away, and probably closed. Gotta love Vermont.

Herb Chambers MINI impressed me…especially after hearing how poor everything was at the start. I would have no issues now, bringing my car to Mark if need be…or stopping in just to hang out.
