February 9, 2005:
Sublime body work
When GBMINI arrived in February 2003, the dealership removed the bumpers & wheel arches and sent them out to Sublime Restorations to be sanded & painted body color - the results were excellent:

So when I decided to have a Union Jack painted roof, I of course chose Sublime to do the work - they arranged for me to meet a graphic artist so we could discuss the layout details. As all GBMINI.net readers know, the roof is spectacular:

So of course I only considered calling Julian at Sublime to discuss graphics for GBMINI#3 - he is already working on some samples to ensure that I again get the results I want. Watch this space!
Meanwhile, Josh Wardell has been busy helping Julian to bring Sublime Restorations into the internet age, setting up a web site for them including pics of GBMINI and Harveys car.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Julian & Sublime Restorations for your body work needs - if MINI Peabody is your dealership it is who they use already!

Hey Ian,
Did you catch the thread on CooperSpeed about my new graphics? My are vinyl and not for everyone, but I love it! The possibilities are endless on what you can do!

One more thing…our birthday’s are coming up! I guess this will be the second and last you will have with GBMINI. I plan on many, many more with Bruiser. Happy Birthday!

Yes Angie, I did see the pics here; definitely striking!
I broke through 28,000 miles today; second birthday for GBMINI on Monday …
