CarNuts Garage

Thanks to YellowMiniNY on MINI2, I have been introduced to CarNut’s Garage!

A quick look around shows loads of useful information, including A History Of The Mini, Rotating MINI tires, Does MINI Need Premium Fuel and Driving Through Deep Water.
No doubt lots of other stuff too, including another message board (but with MINI2, NAM, CooperSpeed and NEMINI, I don’t think I need another one!)

    Thanks, Ian! Just realized looking at your site that my Mini came over on the Carmen on the same trip as yours. Must have been one heck of a cruise!

    Thanks for the plug Ian. I know the site isn’t ready for prime time yet - it’s still a work in progress.
    As for the comment in one of the responses about looking like South Park, I wouldn’t know since I don’t watch it. I am not an artist, but I was trying to come up with something that was on the light, even cartoony, side. The concept of a garage and the look and feel that followed that theme is what resulted.
    I tend to hang out on the MINI Owners Lounge, but mostly lurk on MINI2 and NAM. I found myself answering a lot of questions on OL so I decided to put up a website so I could just refer people to answers rather than typing the same things in many different times. I did include a message board, but that was almost an afterthought to see if people would use it. The main purpose of the website is to provide information (and opinions) about MINIs.
    The result is what you see. Much more to come over the next several months.
