April 24, 2004:
COOPERS For CAREGIVERS tomorrow!
As mentioned earlier this week, I am leading a parade drive around the north shore tomorrow to promote the activities of caregivers … the 18 MINIs will be delivering a gift basket to a selected caregiver in each of 9 towns covered by Deborah, the “caregiver support specialist” that came up with the idea.
The gift baskets have been packed today by Margaret, my wife, and our neighbour Pat - they look very good and just squeeze into the MINI:

We have some local media coverage, attendance by Massachusetts dignitaries, and of course the MINIs to help draw attention to the event - we also have reasonable, dry but cool weather.
Obviously, watch for photos after the event ![]()
The only thing left to do now is wash GBMINI …
(later)
Washed now, and test loaded six baskets into GBMINI - I need to get them transported to Beverly Hospital where I meet the other MINIs …
